HANNAH KING
I began my journey in the Fitness Industry as a competitive gymnast from the ages of 8-16: This sparked my interest into the Science of the Sport and Exercise.
Consequently I completed my industry certifications and began my career as a Personal Trainer while studying my BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and Msc in Strength and Conditioning. This is also where I picked up my Sports Massage qualification to compliment my offering as a Personal Trainer.
Throughout my career so far I have worked with professional athletes as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and everyday athletes as a Personal Trainer. My goal is to bridge the gap between these approaches and ultimately help individuals develop habits that will help change their lives for the healthier!
Health is defined as a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing. My approach strives to target and develop each of these factors so that you can live better and longer!
